Join Our Disabled Children’s Service and make a Meaningful Difference
Are you passionate about improving the lives of disabled children and young people? Our Disabled Children’s Service is looking a dedicated Experienced Social Worker to help deliver a wide range of statutory responsibilities, supporting families who need additional help or specialist care to keep their children safe and thriving. This post will be available from April 2026.
We work across the full spectrum of statutory services—including assessments, child in need, child protection, children in care, and transition to adulthood—ensuring consistent and holistic support throughout each child’s journey.
Collaboration is at the heart of what we do: we partner closely with health, education, care, and community agencies to create joined-up plans that put children, young people, and their families at the centre.
If you're committed to achieving the best possible outcomes and want to be part of a team that values partnership whilst making positive change, we'd love to hear from you.
