OH Medical is currently seeking an Occupational Health Advisor to work in as a part of an in-house team, working 4-5 days per week onsite in Manchester with the occasional travel throughout the UK.
The Role:
Joining this established Occupational Health team as an Occupational Health Advisor, this role will include onsite and telephone delivery of case management to shape the delivery of a first-class occupational health service. Your duties will include:
* Undertake new starter medicals.
* Conduct Drug & Alcohol testing.
* Manage referrals and support the wellbeing strategy.
* Assist the Occupational Health Manager in all aspects of Occupational Health & Wellbeing.
Required Skills:
* Nurse with a valid NMC registration
* Holding an Occupational Health diploma or degree is preferable.
* Experience as an Occupational Health Nurse/Advisor, including case management.
* Knowledge and experience dealing with mental ill health and prevention.
* Willingness to undertake MSK assessments.
