We’re working with a leading exhibition and live event specialist, known for delivering stunning custom and modular builds for some of the biggest brands out there. They’re on the hunt for a New Business superstar to join their team and help shape the future of face-to-face experiences.
What’s the Role About?
This is not just another B2B sales role. As Business Development Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of creating unforgettable brand experiences. You’ll generate and close new business opportunities, working alongside talented creatives and project teams who turn ideas into impact.
From first outreach to final pitch, you’ll own the full sales cycle — crafting compelling proposals, presenting bold solutions, and building lasting relationships. You’ll pass won clients to an expert delivery team so you can stay focused on what you do best: finding and winning the next big opportunity.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Prospecting and generating your own pipeline of warm and cold leads
* Delivering stand-out pitches that demonstrate ROI, creativity, and innovation
* Building long-term relationships with marketing, brand, and procurement teams
* Collaborating with in-house creatives to tailor proposals that hit the mark
* Managing your pipeline via CRM and keeping forecasts razor-sharp
* Attending shows and events to network, learn, and win new business
* Bringing insight and energy to every client interaction
What You’ll Bring:
* A proven track record in B2B sales — ideally exhibitions, events, or creative services
* Strong “hunter” mentality with the resilience to chase, qualify, and close
* Confidence presenting at all levels — from brand managers to CEOs
* Strategic thinker who can spot a commercial opportunity and run with it
* Passion for the events and exhibitions industry — you get the buzz!
* CRM-savvy, digitally sharp, and confident using LinkedIn for outreach
* Willingness to travel for pitches, client visits, and industry events
