*Sous Chef*
We want to find inspirational chefs genuinely passionate about cooking great local Welsh produce and nurturing the team around them.
Penmaenuchaf is a small luxury hotel and regarded as one of the finest privately-owned country house hotels in North Wales. Overlooking the Mawddach Estuary, at the foot of Cadair Idris in Snowdonia National Park, the 14-bedroom hotel is also home to an excellent restaurant that is also renowned for a wonderful wine list. The hotel was awarded a prestigious Michelin Key in 2024.
We are now looking for a passionate and dedicated Sous Chef who is passionate about being part of a team that is striving to become a nationally recognised destination for food lovers.

*A successful candidate will ideally have: *
· Sound experience in a quality kitchen environment at multiple rosette level.
· Clear passion for the industry and food.
· Natural ability as a chef with outstanding attention for detail.
· Real ambition to succeed at the highest level.
· Dedicated and excellent team player with a natural ability to lead.
