Blair West are supporting Reeves Group, to find a Group Operations Director. Reeves Group is a client-centric financial advice firm specialising in pensions, investments, and retirement planning, operating through two established entities. Following a period of strong growth, the business is seeking to appoint a senior operational leader to work closely with the Managing Director, ensuring alignment between strategy and delivery while building a scalable, high-performing operational infrastructure.
The opportunity:
* Providing strategic and operational leadership across the group, ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth plans.
* Working closely with the Managing Director and senior leadership team to translate strategy into effective operational delivery.
* Leading and mentoring operational leaders, including the Head of Operations, to build a high-performing and accountable culture.
* Driving operational excellence through the development of systems, controls, processes, and automation.
* Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring consistent service delivery and performance across all functions.
* Designing and embedding scalable operational structures to support continued business growth.
* Establishing and monitoring KPIs and performance metrics to drive efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement.
* Ensuring robust governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance across all operational activities.
You’ll be the ideal candidate for this position if you have:
* Proven experience in a senior operational leadership role within a service-led organisation.
* Demonstrable track record of working with senior leadership teams to shape and deliver business strategy.
* Strong experience leading and developing high-performing teams in a growing or evolving business.
* The ability to design and implement operational processes, systems, and controls that support scale.
* Strong understanding of governance, risk management, and regulatory environments.
* Highly developed analytical skills, with the ability to interpret KPIs and drive data-led decision making.
