Salary: £28,000 plus 10% bonus per annum. Other benefits include car, tablet, and mobile.

Full-time role. Working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.

Ideal location: Glasgow, United Kingdom, G33.

Territory covering: Edinburgh, Falkirk, Motherwell, Stirling, Glasgow, Clyde Valley, Fife, Lanark, Inverclyde, Paisley and surrounding areas.

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and driven Sales Development Executive to join our team, representing Haleon across grocery and key retail channels. In this role you will drive product availability, visibility, and compliance in-store through impactful merchandising, promotional activations, and strong retailer relationships. You’ll work independently in a fast-paced environment.


What You’ll Be Doing

* Execute in-store activities including merchandising, POS implementation, promotional displays, and FSDU builds to maximise brand visibility and sales.
* Complete scheduled store visits in line with client briefs, KPIs, and compliance standards, capturing accurate data and insights.
* Build strong relationships with store managers and colleagues to secure incremental opportunities and enhance brand presence.
* Manage your own territory effectively, demonstrating strong organisation, accountability, and attention to detail.
* Adapt to changing campaign requirements and identify opportunities to drive continuous improvement.
* Represent the company and client with integrity, professionalism, and a results-driven mindset.


What We’re Looking For

* Confident using smartphone apps, including photo upload and reporting tools.
* Highly organised and able to manage and prioritise your own workload.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
* Adaptable, reliable, and results driven.
* Previous field merchandising, retail, or sales experience and/or experience within grocery or FMCG environments is advantageous but not essential.
* Experience working in a data-led environment, using reporting and analytics to optimise results.
