This is a senior nursing role within the Women’s Services in the Women’s Children’s and Families Division, combining management and co-ordination of care teams delivering services across a variety of clinical specialties. You will provide strong leadership and operational management to the nursing and midwifery teams while supporting multi-disciplinary service delivery. The successful post holder will join a team responsible for the operational management and strategic development of Women’s Services.
This is a busy and demanding yet rewarding role, offering opportunities to work collaboratively with colleagues from a diverse range of specialties.
Interested individuals should have extensive experience in a nursing and/or midwifery leadership role and a robust understanding of quality improvement and service development with a proven track record of managing people and improving care for patients. A Masters qualification or evidence of postgraduate study at this level is required.
