A well-established engineering manufacturer in Derbyshire is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and deliver complex, multi-disciplinary projects within a high-precision, fast-paced environment.
This role would suit someone with a strong background in CNC, operations, and production planning who can coordinate multiple teams and ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead engineering and manufacturing projects from initial concept through to completion
* Coordinate CNC, operations, and production departments to achieve project targets
* Create, manage, and update detailed project plans and schedules
* Ensure resources, timelines, and budgets are monitored and controlled
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive continuous development

* Proven experience managing projects within a manufacturing or engineering setting
* Strong understanding of CNC machining and operational workflows
* Excellent planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills
