Customer Assistant - Cafe - Bangor Northern Ireland. Join our team at M&S as a Customer Assistant in our café, where you’ll champion our delightful food and drink offerings, offers, and services. We’re seeking passionate individuals who take pride in knowledge of the latest food and drink trends and are eager to share it with customers.
Responsibilities
* Be a brand ambassador ready to recommend and promote our café menu. Deliver remarkable service so customers feel valued every time they shop with us.
* Utilise digital tools, such as digital menus and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience and help customers get the products they want, when they need them.
* Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene; work efficiently to ensure customers do not wait.
* Work as part of a team to create a great, inclusive café environment, supporting colleagues and customers daily.
* Be flexible to work across various areas of the store and adapt to changing retail demands.
Work Pattern
* Week 1: Monday 12:00 - 18:00; Wednesday 11:00 - 18:00; Thursday 11:00 - 18:00; Saturday 12:00 - 18:00
* Week 2: Sunday 11:00 - 18:00; Monday 12:00 - 18:00; Thursday 12:00 - 18:00; Friday 11:00 - 18:00
