I am currently recruiting for an
Early Years Teaching Assistant
to join a welcoming school team in Haverhill, starting as soon as possible on a full time basis. You will be working in the Nursery Classroom, supporting the teacher with general classroom duties and offering a creative approach to learning. The school is looking for someone engaging, reliable and caring. You must hold at least a Level 3 Qualification in Early Years.

Here are the responsibilities of the job: You will be supporting the teacher with lessons and behaviour management You must safeguard children You will communicate effectively with children, staff, parents and carers where required You will be engaging students in learning to keep them on task You must adapt your support depending on the needs of the child - every child is different!
Requirements for the job: An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to get one) Level 3 (or equivalent) qualification in Early Years At least 6 months experience working with children Eligibility to work in the UK A true passion to work with children
