Head of Operations (Logistics) – D2C Luxury Goods
? Hybrid – 2–3 days/week in London
? Fluent French required
TalentPool have exclusively partnered with a high-growth, design-led luxury brand to appoint a commercially minded Head of Operations. This is a rare opportunity to join an international business at a pivotal point in its scale-up journey.
Operating at the intersection of luxury interiors, e-commerce and craftsmanship, this brand has built a global presence with showrooms in major cities and a network of the world’s leading contemporary designers. Every piece is made-to-order and delivered to a discerning B2B and B2C client base.
As Head of Operations, you’ll lead a growing team and take full ownership of global operations – designing and implementing processes that optimise the customer journey, ensure operational excellence, and enable scale without compromising on service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and streamline global supply chain, logistics, and aftersales operations
* Build scalable systems for product, sample, order, and delivery management
* Oversee key vendor relationships across freight, warehousing, and production
* Champion data-led decision-making and collaborate on tech process automation
* Manage budgeting, compliance, performance monitoring, and team development
* Support international expansion while protecting cost and service standards
Requirements:
* Proven experience in senior operations leadership, ideally within luxury, design, D2C or premium e-commerce
* Strong supply chain, logistics, and customer experience background
* Fluent in French and English, with excellent cross-cultural communication skills
* Strategic thinker who can roll up their sleeves in a scale-up environment
* Experience building scalable, efficient global operations
* Comfortable in a hybrid setting (2–3 days per week in central London HQ)
