Oracle Cloud Financial Consultant
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Financial Consultant to join our dynamic consulting team. This role is responsible for managing mid to large-size client engagements and contributing to the growth and development of our consulting practice. The ideal candidate is a consummate professional who thrives in an innovative environment and collaborates with clients to deliver state-of-the-art solutions. The individual will excel at delivering high-quality service and cutting-edge solutions within the Oracle community.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead Consulting Projects: Manage and direct mid to large-size, complex consulting projects simultaneously.
* Client Collaboration: Gather business requirements through workshops, refine and document customer requirements, and present solutions for client approval.
* Solution Design & Implementation: Analyze, design, configure, and develop solutions for Oracle Financial applications; lead Conference Room Pilots (CRP) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
* Lifecycle Management: Oversee all phases of the system lifecycle, including go-live preparation, cut-over support, and post-production support.
* Expert Guidance: Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on Oracle Cloud Financials, utilizing industry best practices and in-depth application knowledge.
* Innovation: Identify and apply creative approaches to resolve product implementation and integration challenges.
* System Analysis: Analyze current systems and data to identify new requirements, recognizing the need for enhancements or modifications.
* Testing & Support: Develop unit test scripts and coordinate with clients to perform UAT for system enhancements or custom solutions.
* Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
* Proven experience with Oracle Cloud Financials, with expertise in multiple modules.
* Completion of three or more end-to-end Oracle Cloud Financials implementations.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver innovative solutions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team and mentor others.
* Experience working with clients in industries such as engineering, construction, aerospace, finance, or manufacturing is a plus.
