Responsibilities
* Show prospective students and their families around the site.
* Parcel / post management and logging maintenance requests.
* Ensure sites are fully health and safety compliant.
* Organise social events and handle customer complaints sensitively.
* Ensure rent arrears are dealt with quickly and proactively.
* Be part of an iQ family that supports colleagues.

Ideally you will have some customer service experience, but the emphasis is on your people skills and potential.
Qualifications / Skills
* Customer service experience (e.g., in bar, hotel, gym, shop, or other customer-facing roles) is preferred.
* Excellent communication and people skills.
* Willingness to be hands-on and proactive.
