Bespoke Landscaping Team Leader

Hourly Rate: £13.50 - £13.80
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full time, 45 hours per week (07:00 - 16:30, Monday to Friday)
About the Role
Are you ready to take your landscaping career to the next level? As a Bespoke Landscaping Team Leader, you'll have the exciting opportunity to supervise a dedicated team on a variety of bespoke, high-quality soft and hard landscaping projects. Whether it’s a new build, a front lawn, a rear garden, or a public open space, your leadership will shine as you deliver exceptional results.
This role is not just about managing a team; it’s about developing your leadership skills and contributing to numerous thrilling contracts that make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and supervise a small team on diverse landscaping projects.
* Ensure high-quality work and adherence to safety standards.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals.
Requirements
* Prior experience in soft & hard landscaping, including planting, turfing, mulching, tree planting, and seeding.
* Hard landscaping experience is a plus.
* Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
* A full valid UK driving licence.
* A valid CSCS card is advantageous but not essential; willingness to obtain one is required.
* A strong health and safety mindset.
