Working Pattern: Full-time or Part-time (08:30 – 15:30)
About the Role
Teaching Personnel is delighted to be working in partnership with a welcoming and forward-thinking primary school in Camberley to recruit a passionate and dedicated Early Years (Nursery) Teacher. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting young learners at a crucial stage of their development, delivering engaging and stimulating lessons that inspire confidence and independence.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
* Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that supports all pupils.
* Monitor, assess, and record pupil progress, ensuring each child reaches their full potential.
* Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and wider staff to support learning and development.
* Contribute to the wider school community and uphold the school’s values and ethos.
* Support and guide staff where required, contributing to effective team working and classroom management.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant Early Years qualification.
* Experience teaching within Early Years or Nursery settings.
* A nurturing and enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* A genuine passion for supporting young children in their early development.
