Are you a Senior-level Investment Specialist looking for a new challenge and adventure? We’re on the hunt for a talented professional to join our client’s expanding Private Banking team in Bermuda. This is a strategic, senior-level role focused on growing revenue by building and managing high-value investment relationships with HNW/UHNW individuals and family offices both within Bermuda and internationally. A strong understanding of the global wealth management industry, investment strategies, and exceptional sales abilities are crucial.
This is a full-time position based on-site in Bermuda. Due to the international move required, we are looking for candidates who are mobile, adaptable, and motivated to experience the idyllic living and working environment that Bermuda has to offer. Bermuda is a low-tax jurisdiction with USD-pegged currency. Responsibilities
* Initiating and building new investment relationships with HNW and UHNW individuals and family offices, within Bermuda and internationally
* Growing and expanding existing private banking client relationships
* Building and managing a high-quality sales pipeline through referrals, strategic partnerships, COIs, and targeted business development activities
* Driving net new revenue through proactive prospecting and cross-selling across the wealth management platform including investments, trusts, credit, and custody solutions
* Serving as the relationship lead for clients and prospects seeking investment solutions – providing clear guidance and ensuring an excellent client experience
* Delivering portfolio reviews, performance insights, market commentary, and rebalancing recommendations
* Involvement in product development and investment solution design based on client feedback, emerging needs, and opportunities
* As a senior ambassador, representing the organization at select events, forums, and conferences to showcase private client investment and private banking service offerings
Qualifications
* 15+ years of progressive experience in Private Banking, Investment Advisory, or Institutional Wealth Management with a strong focus on AUM growth, relationship management, and sales
* Professional designation(s) such as CFA, CFP, CIM, or TEP combined with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or similar
* A proven track record of successfully managing and expanding a book of HNW/UHNW client relationships, closing investment deals and driving revenue growth
* In-depth knowledge of investment solutions, portfolio construction, credit structuring, trust and estate planning, and custody services
* Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills to inspire trust and build long-term investment client relationships
* Strategic thinking with strong analytical and market insight capabilities to deliver actionable advice to sophisticated investors
* Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and client-focused with the ability to operate independently and collaborate within a high-performing team
