Core Responsibilities & Duties Scope
* Multi-Site Oversight: Coordinating maintenance, repairs, and health and safety compliance across seven local school sites.
* Compliance & Safety: Ensuring all statutory testing (fire, water, electrical) is up to date and managing the trust-wide asset register.
* Contractor Management: Procuring and supervising external contractors for capital projects and specialized maintenance tasks.
