About the Role
As a Supported Living Manager, you'll take the lead in delivering high-quality care and empowering both your team and the individuals you support.
* Lead and motivate a dedicated team including an Assistant Manager, three Team Leaders, and specialist support staff.
* Oversee a 24/7 supported living service operating on a 3-week rolling rota.
* Ensure a safe, inclusive, and person-centred environment where tenants can live fulfilling, independent lives.
* Build positive relationships with tenants, families, staff, and external professionals.
* Work collaboratively with the CQC Registered Operations Manager, Senior Management, and Quality & Compliance teams to maintain outstanding standards.
About You
You\'re a confident, visible leader who thrives in a people-focused environment. You\'ll bring:
* 5+ years\' experience coaching and developing care teams.
* Strong knowledge of the Care Act, Health and Social Care Act, and frameworks such as Safeguarding, DoLS, MCA, and Best Interest processes.
* A Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care (or working towards).
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with empathy, professionalism, and integrity.
