JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Store Supervisor in Cheshire Oaks at Levi Strauss & Co., you will have the opportunity to work in an environment where change and ideas are celebrated. You will be the fundamental link between our products and customers, whilst supporting and developing our Stylists.
Key parts of the role:
1. Support and deputise if needed the management team in delivering KPI’s and implementing profit opportunities in Cheshire Oaks
2. Implement individual, daily, and weekly sales targets for the Cheshire Oaks store team to improve store performance
3. Monitor KPIs and team performance through running reports and updating the management team
4. Assist with store operations such as stock management, payroll, admin, and rota
5. Assist with the customer journey by offering an exceptional 1-2-1 service and ensuring the customer comes first
6. Inspire, motivate, and develop the team through training, coaching, and product knowledge
Our ideal candidate:
1. Passionate about the brand and living our values
2. Strong customer service skills and experience in managing a team efficiently in the Cheshire Oaks Store
3. A good track record of developing and growing your team
4. Experience in working to and driving KPIs and sales targets within retail, with a good understanding of store operations in Cheshire Oaks
