The person in post role requires exceptional graphic design capability and fluency in PowerPoint, producing beautifully crafted, high-impact presentations for leadership audiences, Townhalls and key moments across the organisation. These materials must feel confident, modern and purposeful, while being clearly rooted in the Group's brand style, visual identity and accessibility standards. They will also be a digital-native, using tools such as Canva and CapCut to create agile, social-first visuals and short-form content designed specifically for internal digital channels. Rather than long-form or traditional production, the emphasis is on fast, high-quality design that feels creator-led, contemporary and optimised for how colleagues actually consume content.
