Join us as a Retail Media Self-Serve Growth Manager and you’ll be a big part of this. Role Purpose: Drive growth and adoption of self-serve retail media by owning day-to-day commercial performance, advertiser experience, and delivery. Accountable for revenue and adoption targets, hands-on selling, and cross-functional collaboration to support adoption and growth of self-serve solutions. You will own the growth of self-serve retail media, initially focused on onsite, with scope expanding into offsite and in-store channels as these propositions evolve. Sales & Revenue Growth Revenue & Adoption Delivery: Deliver self-serve revenue and adoption targets through advertiser acquisition and spend growth. Sales Initiatives: Own segmentation and targeting of advertisers and agencies, executing sales initiatives to grow self-serve revenue. Sales Enablement & Stakeholder Engagement : Own direct selling of self-serve solutions, with executive support, while educating Marketplace and Commercial teams to support advertiser adoption & revenue growth. Communications & Engagement: Execute internal and external communication plans to raise awareness, drive engagement, and support adoption of self-serve media products. CRM & Lifecycle Management: Scope and implement CRM/lifecycle flows (e.g., Salesforce) aligned to advertiser segments to support onboarding, engagement, and revenue growth. Product & Operations Product Feedback & Roadmap Input: Gather advertiser and sales feedback and translate insights into clear recommendations to inform product improvements and roadmap priorities. Operational Delivery: Own and optimise the self-serve advertiser onboarding process, ensuring smooth setup and adoption. Manage workflows for advertiser accounts, media booking, and payment processes, identifying improvements to maintain operational efficiency. Pilots & Testing: Collaborate with the Onsite Manager to design and deliver pilot programmes and test-and-learn initiatives, agreeing success metrics and tracking outcomes. Data & Insights: Maintain data and reporting to track adoption, revenue, and operational performance. Partnerships & External Relations Ad Tech Partner Management: Work with external ad tech partners (e.g., Epsilon & Unlimital) to maximise self-serve adoption and revenue, ensuring insights and reports are leveraged to inform sales strategy and advertiser growth. People Leadership & Enablement Line Management: Manage and develop a Retail Media Executive, providing clear objectives, regular feedback, and coaching to support high performance and professional development As part of a great team, you’ll be valued for who you are.
