Due to an increased work load they are seeking a Construction Administrator to join the team. The Right role: Manage contract paperwork, sales, and orders using our ERP system Create and maintain contract files, issue operative contracts, and record holidays Assemble Health & Safety files and provide general office support Handle incoming calls and assist with admin tasks for the team Ensure compliance with company processes and quality standards Handle incoming calls, emails and assist with admin tasks for the team Ensure compliance with GDPR, company processes and quality standards Booking of training courses and events. The Right Fit: Minimum 2 years of construction industry admin experience Solid background in a busy office environment Experience with ERP system (Desirable) Strong communication, multitasking, and customer service skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Minimum GCSE Grade C in English and Maths (or equivalent) Skills: Administrator Clerical Construction
