Job Brief
We are seeking an experienced Agile Business Analyst (BA) Manager – Settlements SME to join our team in the clearing and settlement domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, excellent analytical skills, and a deep understanding of financial services operations.
Role and Responsibilities
* Facilitate Agile Practices: Lead the implementation of Agile practices such as Scrum or Kanban within the clearing and settlement teams.
* Understanding the Domain: Cross team collaboration
* Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
* Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
* Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, including customers, developers, product managers, and product owners.
* Team Leadership: Guide cross-functional teams to ensure high performance without compromising on quality.
Skills and Qualifications
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
* Experience: Minimum of 9 years of experience in business analysis within financial services. Prior experience with clearing and settlement processes.
* Agile Certification: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or similar certification is required.
* Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or other project management software.
* Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
