Join to apply for the On-Boarding Co-Ordinator role at BGEN Ltd. This role will join one of the UK's largest multidisciplinary design and build contractors, supporting clients across water, power & energy, pharmaceutical, nuclear and food and beverage industries to deliver next generation, value-added engineering solutions.

What you’ll be doing
* You’ll oversee the full onboarding journey for new starters—whether blue collar, white collar, or subcontractors—ensuring everything runs smoothly and on time.
* Manage trackers and compliance dashboards; coordinate inductions, training, and security briefings; be the go-to person for onboarding queries.
* Work with HR, vetting teams, and training providers; verify documentation and escalate delays as needed.
* Provide updates to senior management and support workforce planning by aligning onboarding with project milestones.
* Coordinate with travel and accommodation teams to ensure new starters are prepared and welcomed.
What you’ll bring
* Experience in onboarding, HR coordination, or mobilisation—ideally in infrastructure or nuclear projects
* Familiar with HPC processes like ASUK and NNB (desirable)
* Strong administrative, organisational, and communication skills
* Confident using Excel, Word, and Teams to manage trackers and dashboards
* Knowledge of Nuclear Site Licence conditions, BPSS/CTC vetting, and compliance
* Thrives under pressure and handles competing priorities in fast-paced environments
Preferred Qualifications
* CIPD Level 3 qualified or currently working towards it
* Experience on HPC or similar regulated nuclear sites is a great advantage
* Familiar with ECSA and MEH Competence Matrices
* Knowledge of EDF, NNB, and Tier 1 & 2 contractor onboarding systems and portals
* Collaborative spirit and readiness to support smooth onboarding in a high-compliance environment
