We are seeking a Cover Supervisor to provide safe classroom supervision during the absence of the regular teacher.
Requirements:
* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Experience working in a UK school or with young people (desirable)
* Experience exercising authority
The ideal candidate will enjoy working with 11-16-year-olds, be adaptable, calm, and able to work as part of a team. They should be involved in all aspects of school life and committed to supporting students' success.
