What's the role?
You will initially be working on the ground in a Hilti Store Representative role for 18-24 months, learning the commercial aspects of our business, before progressing to a pathway role in field-based Account Management positions.
You will operate the Hilti Store in Edinburgh, maximising sales opportunities and being responsible for stock control. You will work closely with the field-based sales team, tool repair workshops, and Customer and Credit Services teams to provide outstanding service and deliver results.

What does the role involve?
The Channel Sales Graduate Programme – Hilti Store is an 18-24 months scheme involving daily business operations and exposure to account management, designed to prepare you for an Account Manager role.
As a Hilti Store Representative, your tasks include:
* Providing individual customer service and product demonstrations
* Implementing marketing campaigns with support from marketing teams
* Managing processes such as order entry, incoming goods, repairs, inventory, and cash
* Maintaining regular contact with existing customers and establishing new relationships
* Working Monday to Friday, avoiding weekend shifts

What you need is:
* Recent graduate (within 2 years) or graduating in 2024 with a bachelor's or master's degree
* Preferred retail or customer service experience
* Curious, committed, flexible team player with good communication skills
* Willing to challenge yourself and step out of your comfort zone
* Confident in managing challenges and assertive in sales environments
* Enthusiastic about hands-on product engagement
* Interest in a commercial sales environment
* Valid UK or EU manual driving license
