We are a family-owned seafood specialist, sourcing premium sustainable seafood for over 20 years. Our story began with our co-founders Ben and Robin becoming oyster merchants. This has developed into the UK’s leading seafood supplier, Wright Brothers wholesale, supplying over 500 restaurants across the UK. Most recently we have launched our online fishmonger, Wright Brothers at Home, supplying that same quality seafood direct to your door nationwide. We are proud to have three London restaurants of our own located in the iconic neighbourhoods of Battersea Power Station, Borough Market and South Kensington.
Our lively neighbourhood restaurant at Battersea Power Station features an open kitchen and marble counter, where guests can watch our chefs in action. Here, we cook with our first Josper charcoal oven, which enhances the natural flavours of seafood and meat while locking in moisture. At Wright Brothers, we pride ourselves on sustainably sourced seafood, especially our fresh oysters, delivered year-round from Wright Brothers Wholesale—it doesn’t get fresher than that.
We're casting our net to look for an experienced chef de partie to join our kitchen crew. Cooking skills and knowledge are important, but our chef de parties are mainly passionate, reliable and always willing to expand their knowledge in exchange for development.
We value everyone’s creativity and imagination especially when it comes to creating new dishes and menus.
