We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Pension Specialist to join our team on a temporary contract basis for an anticipated 9–12 month period.
This role is ideal for a pensions professional with strong technical knowledge of Defined Benefit (DB) pension schemes, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a governance-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Administer and support Defined Benefit pension scheme activities
* Perform manual calculations for member benefits including:
* Maintain accurate records and clear audit trails
* Support governance and compliance processes
* Import/export pension data and run system actions
* Work with pensions administration software and support data-related activities
* Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and team members
Skills & Experience
* Strong working knowledge of Defined Benefit pension schemes
* Exposure to Pension admin software - Data Importing and expoprting
Desirable Skills
* Knowledge of GMP Equalisation
* Coding or scripting experience
* Experience with Profund P3 pensions software
Working Arrangement
This is a hybrid role, with office/home working arrangements to be agreed based on business needs.
