Role Overview: As Sales Estimator you’ll play an important part in our mission to deliver high quality, made to measure steel doors. You’ll be responsible for translating customer requirements into accurate and timely quotations while providing the best possible service. Key Responsibilities: As Sales Estimator, duties include: Engaging with warm, qualified leads from our lead generation system Offer expert advice and technical support to customers Prepare accurate quotes and revise them based on customer feedback Close sales and process orders with precision and professionalism Steel door knowledge is not essential for this role as full training will be provided. What we’re looking for: Previous experience in a sales role is advantageous Positive and self-motivated Passionate and proactive Ability to learn and operate CRM systems such as Pipedrive and Salesforce Excellent written and verbal communication skills Great team player Why join us?
