• Supervise and lead grounds maintenance and landscaping operatives on site • Plan, allocate, and oversee daily work programmes and workloads • Carry out and oversee grounds maintenance works, including grass cutting, pruning, planting, turfing, and landscaping • Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard • Monitor quality of work and carry out site inspections • Implement and support new processes and working practices • Ensure compliance with health & safety legislation, risk assessments, and safe systems of work • Supervise the use and maintenance of machinery, tools, and vehicles • Liaise with management, clients, and contractors regarding work progress and issues • Identify defects, hazards, and improvement opportunities • Complete basic administration, reports, and records
