Job Description:
Our client, a well-established property and real estate organization, is seeking an experienced Building Services Account Manager to oversee M&E / Facilities Management accounts in Central London. The role involves managing a single high-profile building, ensuring a 5-star service delivery, and leading a team of approximately 25 staff, including supervisory, engineering, and support personnel.
Responsibilities include managing M&E maintenance, energy & sustainability initiatives, soft services, stakeholder engagement, compliance auditing, and identifying project opportunities. Candidates should have at least five years of experience in managing M&E or Total Facilities Management in a commercial setting, with strong leadership and budget management skills, overseeing a P&L of around £2.5 million.
The position offers a salary in the range of £75,000 - £85,000, plus bonus, pension scheme, and opportunities for professional development within a market-leading organization. Candidates with additional qualifications such as ILM Level 3-5, IOSH, NEBOSH, or MIBFM are preferred.
