Langley Hall Arts Academy (LHAA)
Langley Hall Arts Academy is seeking to appoint a Singing Teacher to join its established and thriving arts provision from February half term 2026 (week commencing 23rd February).
The successful candidate will work with secondary-age students (year who have singing as their first study, delivering GCSE vocal preparation, as well as leading music workshops and singing sessions for students who have singing as their second study. The role requires a high standard of vocal expertise alongside the ability to inspire and support young people in a school setting and GCSE singing preparation.
The post is part-time and term-time only, with teaching taking place on Thursdays and Fridays from 2:00–3:30pm. The position is offered on a self-employed basis, with remuneration of £45 per hour and a pay increase planned from September 2026.
Applicants should have experience teaching or coaching young singers at GCSE level or equivalent, strong communication skills, and a professional, nurturing approach to teaching. A commitment to safeguarding and to the wider ethos of the school is essential.

Salary: hourly rate £45.00 (Self-employed basis)
Employment Basis: Part-time
Weekly Hours: 3 hours per week, Thursdays and Fridays from 2:00–3:30pm.

* Experience teaching Singing GCSE level
