About the Role
As our Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a key part in ensuring Spring Mews stays safe, functional and welcoming. Your responsibilities will include:

* Being the on-site “go-to” for maintenance queries
* Maintaining a clean, safe and positive environment for our residents
No two days are the same—one moment you’ll be fixing a routine fault, the next you’ll be troubleshooting unexpected maintenance issues.

* Proactive, resourceful and good problem-solving skills.
* Experience with pool plant operations or willingness to undertake Pool Plant Operator training.

* Strong understanding of health & safety requirements, statutory compliance, and safe systems of work.
If you’re hands-on, reliable, and love improving buildings and resident spaces, we’d love to hear from you.
