Lead and manage four sales teams (~30 sales professionals) to achieve business targets.
Support and mentor three Sales Managers, ensuring consistent performance and motivation.
Drive sales growth through strategic initiatives and data-driven decision-making.
Analyse sales trends and performance data to guide sales strategies and pipeline development.
Oversee key accounts, resolving escalations and ensuring strong client relationships.
Execute and roll out sales initiatives that align with business objectives.
Provide hands-on support to sales teams when covering for managers during leave.
Proven experience in sales leadership, sales management, and sales analysis.
Strong stakeholder management and excellent communication skills.
Ability to analyse data and trends to develop sales strategies that drive growth.
Competitive salary of £70,000.
