Our people are our success, and we work as one team. We are recruiting an Information Services Officer to provide an enquiries, legal research, legal/business information document supply service. Research elements include specialist legal research and monitoring future legal developments to help our business stand out, grow profitably and win and retain clients. This role will be based out of our Belfast office but may require travel to Dublin and other offices as needed. Our standard working hours are 9.00am-5.00pm, however as an inclusive employer, we are willing to consider any flexible working requests. Candidate Overview We are looking for candidates who ideally hold the following skills and experience: Information services experience, including enquiries, preferably in a Legal or professional services environment Experience of delivering training on online information products and research services Ability to deliver presentations and training to groups of people, including senior members of the firm Able to evidence a commitment to delivering high-quality customer services in a fast changing and demanding environment Proven attention to detail and ability to handle a demanding workload What happens next?
