Your remit will include: * Develop technical and engineering capabilities, challenge existing practices, and embed innovative ways of working. * Set and maintain robust discipline governance, including technical standards, assurance processes, and continuous improvement. * Manage risk, change management, and technical oversight at every stage of delivery. * Foster a supportive and inclusive culture - mentoring and developing talent to enable both personal and professional growth with clear career pathways. * Promote knowledge-sharing, driving consistency and accessibility of guidance, tools, and best practices. * Support technical teams by helping to resolve complex project, delivery, and assurance challenges.
