Contract & Benefits Summary
* Location: London - - minimum 40% office-based (Central London)
* Salary: £38,000-£45,000
* Bonus: Up to 7.5% potential
* Pension: 5% employer / 4% employee contribution
* Life Assurance: Included
* Income Protection: 75% cover after 26 weeks
What they are looking for:
* Experience working in payroll, benefits, and/or reward functions (ideally in a mid-to-large organisation) - Payroll experience is essential.
* Strong data and reconciliation skills, with excellent attention to detail
* Familiarity with outsourced payroll and benefits providers
* Comfortable working with systems such as Cascade (or similar HRIS)
* Confident using Excel for data handling, benchmarking, or modelling
* Understanding of Gender Pay Gap reporting (you'll support the process - not lead it)
* Proactive, collaborative approach - able to work independently and within a busy team
* Previous experience in professional services or the legal sector is highly desirable
