HR Advisor & Talent Acquisition | City of London | Permanent Overview: My client, a leading commodities trading organisation based within the city of London, are currently looking for a HR Advisor & Talent Acquisition professional to join the team on a permanent basis. The role will be focused on recruiting top talent for their London office as well being involved in a variety of HR duties. Role & Responsibilities: Support onboarding and coach managers on recruitment best practices Maintain HR systems and employee records, ensuring compliance with employment law Produce regular HR reports and support compensation benchmarking Lead recruitment campaigns and manage end-to-end hiring processes Contribute to HR projects, wellbeing initiatives, and employee engagement Handle visa applications and manage external recruitment relationships Stay up to date with employment legislation and company policies Essential Skills & Experience: CIPD qualified or studying towards Proven HR recruitment experience with a strategic mindset Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
