Overview

Responsibilities

* Providing effective control, tracking and management of Assets, costs and utilisation.
* Monitoring and reporting on the inventory, location, status, and ownership of Assets throughout their lifecycle.
* Assisting with audits and reviews to ensure BT ITSM are compliant with relevant laws, regulations, standards, and policies.
* Maintaining the contracts database, ensuring all contracts are up-to-date and compliant.
* Raising and processing purchase orders.
* Producing and maintaining dashboards and reports on asset usage, compliance status, budgets, and other key metrics.
* Maintaining all necessary documentation, such as contracts, certifications, vendor information and payments in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
* Assist in managing budgets related to supplier contracts and expenditures.
* Providing administrative support for the directorate.
* Contributing to the development and enhancement of process improvement initiatives, policies and procedures.

* Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite, and experience with contracts management software.
* Attention to Detail: High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of work, from documentation to data management.
* Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with team members and contribute positively to the team dynamic.
* Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs in a dynamic work environment.
* Proactivity: Proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and taking initiative to drive positive change.
