Nestled in the scenic surroundings of Dungannon with views over Black Lough, the home offers a warm environment and is accessible for staff and visitors. We provide specialised care across 34 General Nursing beds and 10 General Residential beds, with a focus on delivering high-quality, personalised care. Location and accessibility: within walking distance of the Ulster Bus Depot and with easy access to the motorway.
Salary: £20.06 per hour.

The Role
The role of a Registered Nurse is a leadership position in providing excellent, inclusive, person-centred care. The Registered Nurse will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care plans tailored to each resident\'s needs. You will support shift management, ensure resident and staff safety, and contribute to ongoing personal and professional development.
Main Responsibilities
* Delivering person-centred care to each resident
* Assess and monitor the physical health of residents within care plans
* Offer support and supervise all care staff or new recruits
* Ensure effective communication of any concerns relating to resident care
* Complying with relevant regulatory and statutory requirements
* Undertake any other duties reasonably required as designated by the Home Manager

Requirements
Required Criteria
* Valid UK NMC pin
* Minimum of 6 months nursing experience
* The Right to Work in the UK
* The ability to work independently and supervise a team
* Have a good standard of written and oral English

* Experience gained in a care home setting
