As a Finance Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day financial operations, including managing office and client accounts, processing transactions, and ensuring accurate financial record-keeping. You'll liaise with internal teams and clients to resolve financial queries and help maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage office accounts, including raising invoices, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records
Administer client accounts in line with legal and regulatory requirements
Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently
Reconcile bank statements regularly to ensure financial accuracy
Monitor and track payments, following up on outstanding balances
Assist with preparation and submission of VAT returns and other financial reports
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, industry standards, and internal policies
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to resolve financial queries promptly and professionally
Support month-end and year-end financial processes as required
Assist in identifying and implementing improvements to financial processes and systems
Collaborate with legal and operational teams to ensure smooth financial workflows
Provide ad-hoc support to the Finance Manager and wider team when neededExperience Required for This Role:
