Role: Costs Drafter Working arrangements: hybrid working, based at Wigan or Manchester with home working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm - 35 hours per week. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Costs Drafter to join our expanding team. T he role: You will play a pivotal role in providing a full costings service to our clients, which enables them to have their costs claims billed and submitted to the relevant bodies for payment, as well as applying your experience and expertise to obtain reductions in relation to their opponents’ costs You will work on mainly paying party files Considering costs claims Preparing points of dispute Negotiating and dealing with the matter through to and including assessment of costs by the courts.
