Service Advisor Vacancy - Milton Keynes Main Dealer
1. Position: Service Advisor
2. Location: Milton Keynes
3. Basic Salary: £33,000 + Bonus (uncapped)
4. OTE: £38,350
5. Full time, 45 hours per week
6. Saturday mornings on a rota basis
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join a busy and successful main dealer operation in Milton Keynes. This position offers the chance to join a professional aftersales team within a well-established automotive group that values its employees and offers genuine long-term career development.
As a Service Advisor, you will be the key link between customers and the workshop, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from vehicle check-in through to collection.
Key responsibilities:
7. Greeting customers and managing service bookings
8. Keeping customers updated throughout the repair and service process
9. Liaising with the workshop to ensure efficient turnaround times
10. Advising customers on repairs, maintenance and service plans
11. Handling invoicing, administration and follow-up calls
12. Delivering a high standard of customer service at all times
Requirements:
13. Previous experience as a Service Advisor or within a customer-facing automotive role
14. Strong communication and organisational skills
15. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
16. Confident using computer systems and managing customer updates
17. Professional, positive and team-oriented attitude
18. Passion for delivering an excellent customer experience

20. On target earnings of £38,350
