About the Practice
De Montfort Veterinary Hospital is an RCVS‑accredited practice located in the growing market town of Evesham. The team consists of 4 FTE vets, 7.5 FTE RVNs and 1 SVN. It also serves as a Veterinary Nurse training centre and is an ISFM Cat Friendly Clinic (Gold Award). The facilities include digital X‑ray, dental X‑ray, ultrasound, endoscopy and IDEXX analysers.
How You’ll Make a Difference
As a Primary Care Veterinary Surgeon, you’ll work collaboratively with the wider practice team to deliver a high standard of patient and client care across a varied caseload. You’ll continue to develop your clinical skills and interests while sharing your knowledge with colleagues, contributing positively to the practice culture. You’ll be an integral member of the clinical team, delivering excellent care and supporting the ongoing development of others.
Qualifications & Experience
* A Veterinary degree and registration (or eligibility to register) with the RCVS
* Experience working in clinical practice with growing confidence in routine medical and surgical cases
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues
* A proactive approach to learning, openness to feedback and development
* Professionalism, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
