The Role London Basement is seeking an experienced Estimator to price basement and structural projects across London. The role focuses on producing accurate estimates and supporting commercially sound tenders. What You’ll Do • Prepare detailed estimates for basements, underpinning, temporary works, shell & core and structural alterations • Analyse drawings and reports; identify risks, constraints, and design gaps • Build BOQs, rates, and first‑principles cost models • Liaise with designers and attend site visits and client meetings • Prepare clear handover information for delivery teams What You’ll Bring • Experience in estimating basement and/or structural projects including Shell & Core • Strong understanding of temporary works, underpinning, and RC structures • Excellent numerical skills • Confident interpreting drawings and engineering reports • Proficiency with estimating software and Excel • Detail‑driven, organised, commercially aware, and confident with clients
