Overview

Allsports Construction and Maintenance is a market leader in the sports construction industry for over 20 years. We deliver high quality projects including synthetic pitches, multi-use games areas, running tracks and associated civil engineering and building works.

As part of our growth plans we are looking for keen, able and committed staff to help deliver projects mainly across Scotland but with some work in the rest of the UK.

We offer a competitive salary dependent on experience, private health insurance and pension.

The salary for this role will be £30 - 35k based on 39 hours based at our office in Cumbernauld initially before we move to new premises in Bishopbriggs.

Finance and Administration Manager

Duties include:

* Finance tasks including data input to finance system, matching supplier statements to invoices, reconciling income/expenditure and contributing to monthly management information including cashflow and p&l reports
* Payroll
* Subcontractor and supplier payments
* Raising invoices and processing payment information
* Taking responsibility for the running of the office
* Management of office administrator
* Procurement of plant and materials
* Answering incoming calls
* Liaison with project operations
* General administration duties and other tasks commensurate with the role

Experience

* Working knowledge of Microsoft 365
* Working knowledge of Sage 50, Sage Construct and Sage Payroll
* Finance experience including reporting and payroll
* Previous experience in the construction industry (desirable but not essential)
* Full UK driving licence

Job Type: Full-time although flexible hours will be considered. Salary: Circa £30 - 35k pro rata
