About the Role

We are looking at hiring a Coordinator to join our Fire Risk Assessor team in Darlington. The role will be responsible for providing administrative support to the front line teams, processing and inputting information and supporting front line staff to provide an exceptional service.
The main duties of this position include:
1. Coordinating fire risk assessment appointments between subcontractors and colleagues in housing management, Assist managing the diary for FRA sub-contractors and programme
2. General admin duties
3. Assist managing the diary for FRA sub-contractors and programme
4. Managing the enquire email mailbox from subcontractors and landlords
5. Pacing orders for FRA surveys
6. Point of contact for any access issues that subcontracts have
7. Collating and updating data on excel spreadsheets
8. Expected to update MCM after training is provided
Role Criteria:
9. Previous office administration or business support experience
10. Familiar with Microsoft packages
11. Excellent communication
12. Team player and ability to work alone
13. Social housing experience would be preferable
