We’re hiring: Head of Sales Enablement
Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days office, 2 days WFH)
Salary: Up to £80,000 basic salary
Scope: International (UK + Australia sales teams)

At Tes, we’re transforming the way we work and that includes how we sell. We’re now looking for a Head of Sales Enablement to elevate, modernise, and scale how our sales teams operate.
This is a brand-new, high-impact role. A unique chance to define the strategy, lead the execution, and embed a data-driven, tech-enabled enablement function across our global sales organisation.
What you’ll own
* Building and delivering enablement programs at scale
* Transforming onboarding, sales playbooks, and performance coaching
* Defining the enablement tech stack in partnership with Sales, Marketing, Data and Ops
* Setting the cadence and discipline for how we drive SaaS sales effectiveness
* Leading a talented UK + AUS team in a business ready to invest in doing this right
What you’ll need
* A track record of driving measurable performance improvement
* Experience managing global or distributed sales enablement
* A data-driven mindset with a bias for action and quick wins
* The ability to influence and partner across Sales, Product, Marketing and Tech
