About the Role:
1. Assist in delivering personalised learning plans and interventions to help students achieve their full potential.
2. Work closely with the class teacher and SENDCo to implement strategies that support individual learning needs.
3. Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment that promotes positive behaviour and emotional well-being.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Experience working with children with SEND, particularly those with ASD.
2. A compassionate and patient approach to supporting students with diverse learning needs.
3. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
4. A commitment to creating an inclusive and positive learning environment for all pupils.
