Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical pensions administration services, including calculating and processing scheme benefits.
* Train and mentor junior staff, supporting their professional development.
* Review and authorize work of team members.
* Apply benefit structures, trust deeds, rules, and legislation.
* Support the Administration Manager to meet departmental deadlines.
* Handle queries from HMRC, DWP, clients, scheme actuaries, and third parties.
* Ensure compliance with legislative requirements.
* Respond to technical member queries via phone, email, and letter.
